Messaging transparency

Texts only after a clear yes.

Agentflow AI supports one-to-one operational texts such as requested follow-up, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer-care updates, and after-hours incident updates. Message frequency varies by the requested interaction, usually one to four messages. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

01

A person asks for texts.

Permission is collected during a call or through an approved business form. The request must name the represented business, the type of operational messages, and the phone number. Phone-call permission alone does not authorize SMS.

02

The decision is recorded.

Agentflow stores the recipient, represented business, purpose, consent source, exact evidence, time, and the operator who approved the record. A workspace cannot send until SMS is enabled and the recipient has a current, purpose-matched record.

03

Every send is checked again.

Before delivery, Agentflow rechecks the active subscription, workspace, recipient, purpose, suppression status, quiet hours, and one-time action identity. Purchased lists, cold marketing, and inferred permission are not accepted.

04

STOP takes priority.

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to revoke future Agentflow-managed texts for that number. Reply HELP for support information. A later message requires a new, recorded opt-in.

Typical opt-in

“Would you like text updates from [Business] about this appointment or support request? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to buy.” The recipient must clearly agree before the decision is recorded.

Typical message

“Agentflow AI for [Business]: Your appointment is confirmed for Thursday at 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.”

Need help or want messages stopped?

Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out. You can also ask the represented business to update its record or submit a tracked privacy request. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an appointment, close an account, or withdraw a separate request for a phone call.
